MAGICKAL SUBSTITUTIONS
Are you just starting out in the Craft or a more experienced Practitioner? You either know or will know that herbs are a definite must for any witch. Herbs are fundamental in any witch’s kitchen. A witch can make so many things with just that one little plant, even an everyday herb to an exotic herb. What if you forgot it on your last trip to the store, or you don’t have that herb available and is on a waitlist before it can been sent to you. What are you going to do then? Maybe there is an alternative that can be used for that particular herb.

Herbal Substitutions
The most commonly used substitutions are the following:
In place of any other herb, Rosemary can be used.
In place of any flower Rose, can be used.
In place of any Gum Resin, Copal or Frankincense can be used.
In place of any mint, Sage can be used.
In place of any poisonous herb, Tobacco can be used.
