Be Aware of What Is Outside of That Comfort Zone
We all create a box about what can do in life, and getting out of that box might sound discomforting. The thought of failure and disappointment is what holds us back from reaching our true potential. However, to get outside of your comfort zone, you need to be aware of what is outside. Draw a circle and list things outside the circle that you are missing out on. It will allow you to see what is outside the box and will motivate you to get out of your comfort zone.
